Hold your humanness with love and compassion and patience as you explore your experiences and feelings. It is not enough just to get through your day, it is the time to understand and take each moment as an opportunity for you to learn and understand what is in front of you. The light of the sun rises each day, you hold the light of the sun within you, and you are to greet the day and greet the light that you are.
